Follow these procedures to cancel your subscription
After canceling your service, pack up any equipment you have that you’ve free to Use basis from VeloxR—usually a router, modem or “gateway” device that combines the two. Then put it in the mail and send it back to VeloxR.
Request for Cancelation
Raise your request for cancellation of subscription through Email or visit our nearest branch office.
After you raised your request for cancellation of subscription kindly return the Router or any device provided by VeloxR.
Get Clearance from Account Department
After submit Router or any device provided by VeloxR get clearance from Account Department
