- What is fiber Optic & Cat5 Cable?
Optical fiber: refers to the medium and the technology associated with the transmission of information as light pulses along a glass or plastic strand or fiber. Optical fiber carries much more information than conventional copper wire and is in general not subject to electromagnetic interference and the need to retransmit signals.
Cat5/6 cable: Cat-5 cable, sometimes called Ethernet cable, is short for Category 5 cable, a current industry standard for network and telephone wiring. Cat-5 cabling supports frequencies up to 100 MHz and speeds up to 1000 Mbps. It can be used for ATM, token ring, 1000Base-T, 100Base-T, and 10Base-Tnetworking.
- What is Error 651 & 691
It shows a message that Your modem (or other connecting devices) has reported an error and Usually the message will be “Connection failed with error 651”.In such cases user tries to restart the whole computer, router or modem, But You can easily make out when you are facing this problem in your windows 7 as this error code 651 shows an error message when user is working.Error 691: The computer you are dialing in to cannot establish a Dial-Up Networking connection. Check your password, and then try again. Error 691: Access was denied because the user name and/or password was invalid on the domain.
